6 Days Of Suffering

Salaam, I never had any health problems before until 6 days ago I felt a sudden weird pop in my chest or heart.. then felt dizzy and my heart was fluttering. uss din k baad aaj tak mere chest mein pains hote rehte hai, the pain moves around, kabhi chest mein aur kabhi back, kabhi head, kabhi hips.. what could this be? I am extremely worried.
