itopride HCl subha shaam khanay sy pehly
and librax at night,
subha soft stool ata ha, not much hard.

start syp lilac 2tsf tds
drink plenty of water
avoid rice and spicy food
eat vegetables and fruits daily
take ispaghol husk daily
it'll get better insha Allah
