Talk to General Physician on Abdomen Pain, Heaviness, Fever.

I have been facing heaviness in my stomach and intestines area since January 2020. Kept taking Tums. My appetite was disturbed. In April 2020, I fell sick with permanent low grade fever. Took online consultancy with 3 different doctors and started to take Ciproxin 500 mg twice daily. The fever remained the same. Upon advice by the GP gave a break of 5 days and started cipro again for 5 days but it didn't work out well. Blood CBC was negative and typhidot was positive. Stopped taking medicines after a month. The fever disappeared itself. Since then I'm losing weight. Have lost 5 kg since April. Now since one week the fever appeared again. With abdomen cramps. Went to see a GP and got all general health tests. All came clear except ESR which is high. Now taking Nexum in the morning and no spa twice daily. Stomach cramps have increased. Loose stool and persistent fever. Am already on Gluten free diet. But the fever and body aches are killing me.
