it is tiny stones in kidney so consult nephrologist. until take 15 to 20 glass of water. this will excrete stones. along with take cap tamsulosin daily at bed time as it causes dizziness in day time.
U have some small tiny concrete which are very tiny renal stones no need to worry about ur ultrasound just tak
Cap maxflow 0.4mg at night only for 5 days
Drink plenty of water with it
Avoid oily food and spicy
Take fruits and vegetables
