I am having pain in stomach and abdomen, and having burps. Stool color is black from 2 days and having pain/burning at the time of passing stool. Can anyone please guide me ?

Sir, pain area is generally lower abdomin. And it burns (jalan) when I pass the stool at the end of anus. Pain is not persistent but still I have pain in the morning. Moreover I think I can't digest food properly
