Talk to General Physician on Abdominal Pain Under Right Side Of Liver

My wife has a kidney stone problem, today I am having pain in the abdomen directly under the liver, this happened a year ago and I had a KUb CT scan, the doctor said that it is not a kidney problem, but the ovaries become cysts. Today I want to do an ultrasound because of the pain, should I do an ultrasound of the pelvis or the whole abdomen? Thanks for my guidance
