Aoa doctors i wanted to know why im having upset stomach after panic attacks and anxiety this excessive gas causes me rapid heartbeat high pulse and high bp i feel heavyness in back of the head and dizzyness butterflies in head and something stabing in heart i think its gastric bcz everytime i feel too much gas and its not releasing i try to forcly burp but it doesnt work please help thanks

Bp is 90/155 without anxiety like normally it is 90/155 and when im having attacks im not in that condition to check it goes above 100/170 but usally it is 90/150 even if im doing nothing and i just check it it is 90/155
