Talk to General Physician on Accident: Swear Pain In Elbow And Thumb Nail
Asking For Self, Male, 31 Years old, Rawalpindi
I had an accident fews days ago. I am fine now but 1. elbow scare/wound in elbow is hurting too much like a needle pain in it 2. my thumb is bit swollen now is there any issue with nail ? Any respected Dr. Can guide me do i need to take antibiotic for this or not ? I didnt take any antibiotics after accident . Attached are pictures of elbow and Thumb.

There is collection of coagulated blood under nail and on elbow. There is inflamation in it and may be infection .It is preferable to take antibiotic with it.
tab augmentin 1g twice daily for 7 days
clean wound with pyodine
also apply fusidic H cream on it
do u have your elbow x-ray done?
get inj TT shot if u haven't taken within 24 hours
