Talk to General Physician on Accidentally Swallow Tiny Piece Of Broken Glass

Assalam-o- , I accidentally swallow a broken piece of glass a very tiny that I go to doctor I had done many X-rays like abdomen ,Chest and neck ,All clear Alhamdulillah.i have no symptoms like blood in stools or in doctors said that it passed through your bowels .but I still worried because thin lining of esophagus not shown completely on that possible that it stuck in my esophagus?Should I need to do gastroscopy?Already almost 50 days passed on this incident.i have a minor chest pain only. What would you suggest me further?
