Talk to General Physician on Acid Reflux And Pain In The Ears

i have acid reflux issue for some time now, even then I had slight pain around my ears I was prescribed omeprazole and both of them (acid reflux and ear pain) got better . now after a few days the acid reflux issue came back and so did the ear pain but this time the pain in my ears is more frequent and it hurts to even touch the back of my ear, I don't know what is wrong and I don't want it to get any worse so please if anyone could help me with it?
