Talk to General Physician on Advice After COVID-19 Recovery

I was having mild symptoms and tested positive for COVID-19 on 27-04-21. I was having body temperature for 4-5 days with mild cough and flu with normal oxygen saturation (98) and I recovered after 12 days and tested negative on 08-05-21. I am symptom free now and healthy. My question is that should I go for any blood test or chest Xray after recovery from COVID-19 or there is no need for any test. Please guide.
