Assalamu alaikum. Is it safe for me to take one vitamin revitale B tablet daily for lifetime. I routinely get issues like skin allergies irregular irregularities in cycle. And urinary tract infections etc. I Also get constipation often leading to weight gain and joint pains. HAD THYROID surgery few years ago. ALL tests are normal.And can my whole family start taking revitale B once a day for whole lifetime. What will be dosage for children aged 11, 9 and 5....revitale b is economical as well. Is it good for Irritable bowel syndrome patients as well. My husband has been regularly taking one revitale b tablet daily for 2 months. Can he also take it lifetime. His Ibs issue is resolved now.

There is no need to take it unless indicated. You have allergic tendency and may be taking some medicines after thyroid surgery, medicine even though it is a vitamin cannot be taken without its need. Similarly the vitamins taken by your husband cannot be given to the child or the whole family without determining its need. Unwarranted use may add to the cost and at times may prove harmful. Judicious use with defined needs for each individual is advised.
