My dad is diagnosed with arryhthmia (which he already have for 30 years, the doctor write AF on his medical report) with Mild mitral insufficiency and moderate tricuspid insufficiency (7 years ago he did an echo and there was no problem with his valve) Here are some conditions my dad have -My dad always sleeps with 2-3 pillow since long time ago -My dad doesnt have breathlessness when walking around. -My dad always cough after he drinks and very often have frothy white saliva (any explanation?) - his cholesterol level sometimes high.

Here are his echo report RV function decreased TAPSE 15mm. E/A < 1 diastolic relaxation dysfunction. LVEF 76%. diastolic dysfunction gr. 1. RA is not dilated. MI mild and TI moderate. i have his full echo report and willing to add other info if needed

So are those conditions bad? How’s the prognosis? And life expectancy? Do most people live a long and good life with this condition? How long usually til surgery is needed
