yes I have ra factor value 349, which is high. I have initial level pains in shoulder of right side and left side knees pain and noise. doctor said that ra has attacked on my lungs, I.e. ILD disease

doctor sab I have visited fmh hospital, to a rheumatologist, doctor Sumera ferman raja, she checked me, I have a problem of shortness of breath and dry cough from last 1 year. now pulmonologist said that I have ild disease after seeing ct scan, x ray. please tell me ra can become the cause of ild?

anti ccp more specific RA factor can be positive in normal population .

thanks doctor sahib for positive response. doctor sab I visited rheumatologist for checkup, she checked me and referred me to pulmonologist because i have severe shortness of breath and dry cough from 1 year. pulmonologist saw my chest ct scan, x ray and pfts test and he diagnosed that I have ILD disease. I was advised 4 deltacortil tablets, cellcept 500mg and hcq 200mg. kindly tell me is it right?

Also history, Clinical examination and ESR monitorong correlation is needed to finalize the diagnisis

my sister was suffering from breast cancer stage2, after chemotherapy sessions, she underwent from surgery. after surgery she got radiotherapy sessions. but her cancer cells moved to liver and lungs side. now a days she is suffering from severe cough and shortness of breath.

we visited pulmonologist, he saw her and said that her lungs on right side is full of water. that is the reason of cough. he said that lungs water should taken out, sent to lab for biopsy but he did not give any medicine for cough, kindly guide us
