Talk to General Physician on Allergy After Taking Expired Medicine

Assalam o alaikum, by mistake i have taken expired medicine for migraine, naproxen (flexin), and now i have developed itching and rashes all over my body, this happened 2 weeks back as well after taking same medicine, and last time i also got fever and shivering. But that time I didn't know the reason, just checked the expiry date now, because last time also itching and rash happened after taking medicine for migraine. Expiry was Nov 2021. I was out of medicine and had found this in my old bag but forgot to check the expiry. Can anyone suggest any anti allergy, i took atarax but that wasn't helpful
