Two months ago i was suffered from typhoid fever afterit i ate redmeat then i feel nausea appetite lost,then i had my blood tests in which my alt (sgpt) was 190 and ast was 90 after one week i repeat the test again then my alt was at 90 and ast was 35 which was normal..ausky baad alt 39 tk b chala gaya tha lekin ab dubara test karwany pr 68 aya hai...mera ultrasound,tsh,hepatitis b and c,lipid profile,sugar,cbc sab kuch normal hai lekin ye baar baar barh jaata hai i want to know the reason should i go for fibroscan? Please any doctor guide me what i want to do
I would not recommend a fibroscan at this stage. I would recommend to book an appointment to discuss it further.
get detailed LFTs done from a good lab like Agha Khan, Shaukat Khanum, Chugtai, Islamabad Diagnostic or Excel. than reply

Blood culture but at this time I don’t have its report but doctor checked it and said nothing to worry about typhoid it is normal now
