Talk to General Physician on Alternate Salt Of Avor Tablet?

Hi, Im an anxiety patient. I was taking Avor tablet 1mg since a month but currently, its unavailable everywhere! I took Tenzil as an alternate salt that was only available at the nearest stores but I found it not curing me like Avor! please help me finding my medicin or a good alternate salt that should must be working, thankyou!
