After blood culture to identify the bacteria
Suitable antibiotics will be suggest to kill infection

but i notice elevated wbc for 8 to 9 months sometimes it eleven thousand and sometimes fourteen thousand i take many kinds of antibiotics but they temporary reduce again high

when they high i feel shortness of breath
