take tablet inderal 10mg twice daily
for nasal blockage better to visit nearby ENT specialist .. mostly probably you are having Deviated nasal septum (DNS) due to which you are having recurrent headache..
and postnasal dribbling.

1 dfa apna blood pressure chek krwa k uska atleast 5 din ka chart bna lain...suba sham..aur heart rate b..1 cbc krwa lain..Hb chek krne k lie.. start taking esomeprazole 20mg(nashty se pehle) plus tab gravinate suba sham..atleast for 3 days
Take tab inderal 10 mg OD for 10 days and update after 10 days
need a thourough examination.book appointment.proper checkup zaroori hay.kbhi kbhi anxiety mai bhi isi tarha symptoms atey hain.steam lay sakti ho nasal blockage mai.
For allergy
Tab citrazine 10 mg for 7 days.
change your life style.
Change your eating habits and routine.
Try to take light meals at dinner.
For traveling you need to travel with empty stomach and take light things like chips etc during traveling.
Do exercise or atleast walk daily.

Use locally acting medicine for allergic rhinitis to prevent nose blockade. Maybe your migraine is precipitated by blocked nose.
Also stomach complaints and vomiting is associated with migraines. Vomiting may also be associated with blocked nose too i.e sinusitis secondary to allergic rhinitis
