As salam o aleikum I am facing sever anemia , sath low sugar n low bp Bp mera normaly 60/70 rhta hai aur sugar random py 90 Mein apple n beetroot juice pe rhi hn anemia ke liye Lekin usky bad mjhy UTI hogya hhai Aur condition bht zyada kharab hogai thi , vomiting and low bp Mein koi multivitamin ly skti hn anemia k liye Tablet me nhi kha skti , koi surup ya milk powder suggest kr djye ,
