Kindly visit the nearest hospital for an X-ray to eliminate fracture.

Precautions to be taken include resting, elevating your foot and ankle, not putting your weight on the affected foot.

For pain, take one tablet Nueberol Forte twice a day - 12-hourly.

After elimination of a fracture, further management can be decided upon.
