Talk to General Physician on Antibiotics Effect

Last month I had my ingrown foot surgery for which I took 3 Augmentin 375mg for 17 days (each day)

After a few days to that I had another surgery which was my adult circumcision. The doctor told me to take augmentin again but I wonder If they will be now effective, as I have already taken those for more than half a month...

Will the antibiotics be effective for this surgery now or should I switch to other meds...
