Talk to General Physician on Anxiety

In 2017 I am came across the situation of anxiety due to problems with my job and some family issues. I consult with psychiatrist my treatment continues for 2 years. I recover from anxiety but at the same time due to excessive use of medicines my nerves are badly effected. I can not bear sharp light. I can not bear pressure of air on bike. some time my eye sight turned to blur for few minutes. If I squeeze my eyes when some thing like mosquito entered into eyes it become very painful for me. I can not bear the burden of helmet. Please suggest a doctor who can handle my issue.
