i have been on seroxat 20mg for last fifteen year for anxiety and fear, but anxiety problem still not resolve also using vitamin b12 tablets for nerves weakness. i also have problem of neuropathic pain for which i take dicloron 100mg. please prescribe any better medicine to treat anxiety. thanx
you can use tab rivotril 0.5mg (1/2 od at night for 10days)and tab inderal 40mg(1 rozna for 10days and than 1/2 rozana for 10days and than stop)and can continue seroxat 20mg as prescribed will reconsider or switch to better option after one month as you are coping with anxiety and neuropathic pain at the same time.
Go for consult with Medicine specialist followed by psychiatric consult.

Why do you have neuropathic pain? Is it because of vit b12 deficiency? Or some other cause? Is it chronic pain? Is your depression/ anxiety due to this pain? You need to first treat your pain if thats causing you symptoms of depression. Incorporate some lifestyle changes ( as advised by psycologist) and start inderal 10mg OD.
