Anxiety Disorder

Question

Aslam o alaikum drs.

so I\'ve been dealing with anxiety as far as I started acknowledging emotions around me.

so far so good.

there is this one symptom that leaves me helpless and that is low blood sugar like symptoms. my blood sugars are normal on glucometer.

this starts with a sudden wave of weakness like I might pass out then sweating kicks in and palpitations and it lasts till I am drenched out to the maximum. in that moment I either munch on sugar which doesn\'t seem appropriate to me. 
it would really be helpful if you drs could guide me as in what I should be doing in this fit ?

Panic Attacks mam. You're 36. So for this much extreme manifestation, there must be some history of anxiety disorder and such personality since childhood or adolescene. Take a pill for this and you're all set. You may need some therapy sessions as mentioned by Ms. Farahana Shams if any cognitive errors identified.
