Talk to General Physician on Anxiety Or Panic Attack, Unable To Control My Thoughts, Mood Swings, Dizziness

I am having pain or strange feeling on my right side of head to behind my ears, increased heart rate but BP is normal, mood swings and crawling sensation under my feet, hands and on my back and scalp. I am not even thinking but thoughts are coming itself.
