Anxiety, Stomach Burn

Question

I am facing the problem of anxiety since 2017, sometimes it goes worst and sometimes under control. mind remained mix and uncomfortable stomach problems also occur.. Overthinking and negative thoughts on simpe problems.. i used to take half tablet of lexotanil 5,6 times in a month.. plz suggest me some medicines or therapy to get rid of this..

first u need counselling plus should give med for anxiety lexotanil is not a right treatment for ur issue even it can cause addiction
