anxiety is in my family i suffer from v. bad educational carrier and beared lots of pressure from my father and relatives.also some emotional issues at that time.i try to avoid food which disturbs me like milk and milky products , rice , pizza , macronies red beans , pulses etc but this is not the solution.in my child hood i always had pain in stomach after eating lunch/dinner.this issue is being faced at the ager of 15-16 and its still lasting.
