Appendix Operation

Hi need help plz i got operated for appendix last thursday via spinal ansthesia but uptil now my stitches are swelled too suggested antibiotic oxa**** and bef*** but still m not feeling me any good antibiotic and painkiller for immediate recovery as i have a toddler.
