Ideally you should have an ultrasound abdomen esp to rule out gall stones(if not done must do on empty stomach) also liver kidney such nonspecific symptoms usually end up with cases of gallstones (Cholelithiasis) . For your own satisfaction you can additionally do An ECG.. If lipid profile is OK, CBC also normal and ECG comes normal, no obesity then you are on safe side from arteriosclerosis,, regarding cardiovascular additionally you can have a medical specialist appointment or cardiologist, examine you, auscultate for heart sounds, do an Echo if all normal then no worries..
