dear hmary yahan quality boht compromised hai....3rd class material or food colour or preservatives istmaal kiye jaaty hain.....is liye behter hai k km hi use ki jye...hftay mein 1 ...2 baar se zyada na use ki jye..... daily khhana kisi tor bhi munasib nhi...... excess of everything is bad.....
