walikum aslam answer is no, saturated fats cannot be used e.g desi ghee it will cause more damage then to give benefits as we are pakistanies and we repy more on Allah than on meds, but still donot use it

Walaikum Asalam limited intake depending on your cholesterol level and daily dietery intake/your blood sugar level control but it is best to consult your diabetologist with all blood work.
