My CBC report says Atypical Lymphocytes seen, however on the other hand I have no other symptoms of such as fever or anything is it normal ?

Atypical lymphocytes are usually seen in viral infections even without fever; however, they can also be found in some other autoimmune chronic conditions, and in malegnencies arising from blood cells like Lymphoma and Leukemia

MCV is low so there can be Iron Deficiency. Iron studies (Serum ferritin, serum iron, TIBC) : to confirm iron deficiency.
Lymphocytosis can be due to either some viral infection or in recovery phase of infection. If you have no symptoms, there's nothing to worry but repeat CBC after 3 months to see if there are any changes.
