Talk to General Physician on Autism Symptoms

Hi, so I recently got diagnosed with ADHD and OCD. However, I believe the OCD diagnosis is incorrect, and I think I’ve been misdiagnosed when actually I might be autistic. I’ve seen 4 therapists and clinical psychologists who have told me I most definitely have autism. However, when I finally went to a specialist, she didn’t even screen me for autism, because she said it is diagnosed in early years. However, I have been doing my research for about a year, and many autistic people are not diagnosed in adulthood since they may not be non-verbal and may not have any intellectual disability so they not be diagnosed as kids. So this specialist, instead diagnosed me with OCD, and the report she gave me clearly has the Criteria of autism that I meet. However, nowhere in the report does it say that she even gave me any sort of test to evaluate it. There is no other specialist in my area. And I don’t know where to seek help for my diagnosis.
