Kyu k pregnancy related pre-eclampsia after delivery within a month settle ho jata he. It might be chronic hypertension then. Anyhow select any doctor and consult for your management. If BP is hight with ongoing pregnancy, control it after consultation with Gynaecologist or med specialist. for pain take paracetamol and apply local applications.
if u have pregnancy n having BP issue it will be dangerous it causes eclampsia or preeclampsia ur pregnancy will be complicated
