I have injected 3 IV methycobal. and I stopped now because Platelets elevated in CBC. when should i repeat B12 again for knowing deficiency

I have contacted she said CBC is okay so there is no any possibility that B12 deficiency in such extent i-e less than 50.
after having 3 IV methycobal i have repeated my cbc again from aku. now palettes are 508 elevated.
