I had bit weekness all time, and B12 came out as 166(lowest normal is 200 according to reports). Dr prescribe methycobal 500mcg, is it fine or should I go for injections? And if injection, how much injections are needed?

500mcg two times len . or inj. neurobion 6 inj lagwa len. tablets bhi len saath
