My B12 levels were 146 .. where normal range is 300-1000. i got 6 methycobal 500 injections and 20 days Methycobal tablets... now the report shows 940 value but no positive change shown in body... how long does it take to improve symptoms

sometimes some neurological symptoms are not reversible as it can cause subacute combined degeneration of the cord so need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up

these symptoms are all about anemia (fatigue, headache, weakness and palpitation) if now your B12 level is ok but still symptomatic then should be visited and examined closely

for irregular heart beat I am cardiologist and can help you so take an ECG and send it to me if just sometimes have irregular heart beat so holter monitoring should be done for 48 hours, if living in Karachi come to my clinic and if no have a video call with me
