My B12 was 170(lowest normal 200) and I am taking methycobal. But I heard injections are better to correct deficiency. Kindly tell me injection name for b12 and how many injections are needed? I have weekness and fatigue. Cbc is normal, hb and platelets are also fine.

first we need diagnosis of your vitamin B 12 deficiency
it may be due stomach disease , drug and low intake of daily vitamin B 12 . so please send your CBC report and vitamin B12 level report
kindly consult heamatologist
some disease life long treatment of vitamin B12 some can prevent taking enough healthy food
