Hello, Sometimes suddenly my upper back and chest (usually left side of chest) have pain. Sometimes when i breath during the pain ,it gets stronger.

it is sign of pleurisy so need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up but do a chest x-ray and show me do also an ECG
