i hve back pain since 2 month whenever i bend over the pain get worse i dont know why while sleeping i also feel pain in my back now the pain is in hips and lower abdomen last year in janaury my right shoulder was diagnosed with tendonitis after my last delivery and since than my pains are not getting better i was also diagnosed with anxiety plzzzzzzz help me i m very worried
