Hi! Please get an orthopaedic consultation which is must so she can be assessed for any developing bone or joint issues. She needs to get test done. Vit D Calcium, RA factor and Bone density. For pain management she can take Tab Nise 100mg 8 hourly. Do Hot and Cold compression 15-20mins each simultaneously atleast twice a day.
