this has been happening for years and yet the doctors I've been to have never given me a clear answer they just prescribed pain medication.
so many bones in my body make clicking noises, when I breath I hear a click noise at times. my back hurts too it's difficult to lie down I can't sleep on one side because it hurts and when I change sides or flatten my back on the bed it makes so many clicking and crunching sounds. my knees are like this too I cant sit cross legged for a long time my back and knees hurt alot. it's mostly my upper and mid back that does this.
