What is the reason of back pain? I had some tests to find out the cause. I will share reports on comments section Vit D, Uric Acid, Calcium, CBC
I had nuebrol Forte for 5 days Synflex for 5 days but the pain is still the same. Let me clarify that the backpain isn't severe can do all my work on regular basis. But there is a mild pain all the time. Age 31 No Medical History
Also clarify that after how long I have to go through these tests again to find out that the deficiencies found in my CBC are resolved or not

yes u have Vitamin D indiffeciency. injection in drop D one ampule in milk I once a week for three weeks. take tablet ossnate D once daily for 3 months. increase sunlight exposure in the morning. u can book my appointment for detailed evaluation. Eid Mubarak
Thanks for sharing ur concern. Tell a bit more about ur issue. since when do u have this pain ? Any stiffness in ur back? trauma? any particular event after which the pain started like lifting heavy object ? does this pain go to ur leg sometimes? Milk intake ? and problems with ur stool like constipation ? pain in any other joints ? do u sit for long periods of time (like in an office chair),any pain in ur tummy as well ? bloatedness ? any stresses in life or low mood ? The reports that u have shared show iron deficiency anemia and low vitamin D. These both are curable within 2 months time but it’s important to know the cause of deficiency.

I have back pain since a long time but it is only when in wake the morning. The pain goes away after i shower.
No stiffness or trauma or pain in other body part.
Can carry weight with no pain.
No pain in legs
Daily a glass of skimmed milk, last whole month ramadan took milk with tuk malanga.
No constipation.
I have outdoor job so don't sit for long on a chair.
Stress is a part of life but not something that stops your life. All is normal stress nothing really keeping my mind busy
I took indropD after which 75% of the backpain is gone. I will have another in next 15 days for 3 months
Please guide me after iron deficiency what to do ?

Thanks for the detailed reply. It’s great that u have improved 75%. ur Vit D level is 20 and u will need to take atleast 4 injections at an interval of 15 days (mixed in full cream milk, not with water). For IDA, u can take tab Ibret folic (once a day after breakfast), but it’s important to know the cause of IDA. It’s always more important to treat the cause, not only the symptoms.
