Talk to General Physician on Bad Smell And Taste In Everyting Which I Can't Explain

salam , mujhy takreeban 1 week se boht zada smell and taste araha hai jo k mai explain nh karskhti I think kisi gandi gas jyse hai ya pata nahi mai smjha nahi sakhti, even same smell mujhy apni PEE and POO may se. bhi ara hai, meat, egg, colddrink, milk, vicks in cheezon se tou extreme arai hai smell and taste mery dimag pay char rahi hai itni gandi smell, mujhy acid reflex nh feel horaha na hi koe nasla ya blocked nose lagrai hai phir ye kya horaha hai mujhy pls guide mai bohat tension may hon stomach problem hosakhti hai ya nose kuch smjh nh araha. mujhse kuch khaya nh jaraha iski waja se, mujhy 3 month phely covid houa tha but wo thek hogya tha and smell and taste bhi agye thi but ye issue abi 1 week se hora. pls guide .
