Patient Has done his 1st chemotherpy .Patient is Suffering from fever after 1st session of chemo.She is facing stumach issue as well like vomiting nausea and vertigo. I have done Biospy from Al shifa Islamabad later on I Have given sample for Her2nue Fish test.Result of fish test is pending.My question is this...This patient need surgury after chemo Or not?? Patient Has no pain in her brest ...
