Talk to General Physician on Black Bump Spot On Penile Area!

I am 27 year old male (unmarried) from karachi and from last more than 3 years, I have black bump like spot on my penile area, before it was only 3 to 4 spot but now it has became 6 to 7 spot. i was ignoring this and thought it is because of shaving or in-grow hair but it does not look like that. It is making me depress and anxiety kindly help me.
