Asking for Self, Male, 33 years old, Singapore
I have a bit a sleep disorder (insomnia) for quite some time now but it was manageable. Since Ramadan started, it gets worse and I am only able to sleep for like 5 hours and that also in 2 shifts.
Now when I am awake and doing normal day activity I felt blackout for a second and mild dizziness. It happened couple of times today and yesterday.
How serious is it? I think its cz of sleep but I am not able to sleep.
Dizziness and blackout can be a normal thing in Ramzan due to low glucose your glucose level and BP when you feel dizzy.
