I'm a civil engineer and wear safety shoes all the day. By wearing those shoes, I've got blisters on my feet and also swelling on feet along with pain. I got checked my HBA1C for 1st time and it was 5.7. I thought that this issue could be been caused by abnormal glucose level but checked after 1.5 hour of breakfast and it was 130. BP was also normal, so can anyone tell and help me ? I've also checked myself from a doctor 2 days ago and got some medicine but swelling is not being reduced.
Looks like venous insufficiency. Use compression stockings and aspirin 81mg daily. Try to keep legs up as much as possible to avoid swelling.

swelling is pitting or non pitting do u notice swelling in morning or just evening

Sir swelling is continuous, it doesn't change in morning or evening but it has been reduced in 3-4 days by taking the medicine as prescribed by doctor, but not treated completely yet.
