Talk to General Physician on Blisters On Tongue And Mouth

My niece is running fever for 3 days and she also has blisters in mouth and blisters along with yellow coating on the tongue. I'm attaching the pictures. Can any pediatrician please guide in this regard.

Fever has many causes,viral or bacterial and many other factors..Blood picture of CBC does help in differentiating to some degree .
This tongue coating is like growth of fungus like yeast.Nilstat oral drops must be used thrice a day,each side of mouth.
Blisters can occur with skin rashes in a variety of conditions.
Are there skin rashes ,joint pains,.She needs a detailed paediatric consult if fever does not settle.Has she been on some medicines followed by blisters.
